The plot is one of those that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The idea of meeting in the dreams was only the tip of the ice burg when it comes to this story and the characters. The plot really kept shifting and moving forward at an amazing pace and while it added new little clues with each page, it was easy to follow and stay invested in the story and characters. I don’t know how much more I can talk about it with out spoiling it but this was a beautiful story and I’m so glad I read it. 4 Stars #2OCCJDProduct details

I wouldn't of thought that I could enjoy a romance novel AS much as I've ENJOYED this one.. BUT I was so enthralled by Rochelle and Nicolo and their overlapping story WITH Rachel and Nic...that I finished the book IN 2 days ...which is AWESOME but, now I'm going to miss them...I hope a sequel on their kid's comes out TO continue THE story..💖👸💖💑
I must admit this type of book, paranormal/time travel, is not my usual genre; however, 'Dream Lover' turned out to be an enjoyable change of pace. Once the events behind the age-old haunting in the Covelli mansion started to reveal themselves, I just had to know how, or if, the mystery would eventually be solved. It was interesting to read how the sins in the Covelli family's past were finally made right 115 years later by way of Rachel's dreams. This book was quite the page-turner!
This was a delightful quick read about 2 (or maybe 4!) passionate lovers. Not sure why other reviewers complained about the end; I think the author wrapped up a slightly tangled tale quite well. My only complaint was the usual grammatical ones overall the book was well-written, but it's "between you and ME" and "she gave it to Nic and ME"!!! Please, please, please, Ms. Reeves, "me" is only a forbidden word when it is used incorrectly. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to more delicious stories!
This was a riveting story that takes place in a dream. Rachel goes to a dream study place to have her repeating nightmare evaluated. I just couldn't put this book down because i wanted to know what happened in this love story and as one love story unfolds so does another.
I honestly suck at writing reviews, but this really was a great book. I enjoyed every page!!! The story was amazing and almost had me in tears at the end. I won't spoil it for you, but if you like Romance books and love a story that is like a dream (pun intended, lol) then you will love this book. It is FREE right now so try it out!! Enjoy! I did!!!
So, how did Antonio come to be, yet alone Nic? Antonio is the Grandfather of Nic, Antonio was created with another woman so how did he even come to be? In supernatural events, and this is supernatural; you help the ghost come to terms with their death and help them rest in peace, not change events to where your future is changed, also if she changed events, she would have never had the dreams, changing her path, right? The whole concept is confusing to me. I really liked the book except for the play on my sanity lol, it confused the heck out of me. I gave it 4 stars based on the first half and on my , I seen no errors and loved the heat between the two characters.
While the story was reminiscent of another I've read, I found it interesting, and fairly well told. I had to suspend my disbelief at the servants' continued caretaking of the house and other aspects of the mystery, but it was a good read. I didn't see many reviews that mentioned the poor editing, but it was really a problem for me. Some may have been typos (I instead of It; and instead of had), and a few were common grammatical errors (I instead of me; lay instead of lie), but there were some blatant word substitutions.

I really enjoyed this book, and I'll be honest - at two different points, it literally gave me chills as something was revealed. I really enjoyed the premise of the novel; I'm not much of a ghost story person, but this was one that was so romantic that anyone could get into it.
The plot was very enjoyable. Rachel's dreams are haunted - by both a heart-searing tragedy and an amazing lover. When she meets Nic, she learns that not only are her dreams haunted - but his are too, and better yet...they're haunting each other. The story deepens as they explore the tragedy haunting Rachel's dreams as well, a tragedy that centers around Nic's family and the mansion Rachel has been hired to redesign. As the ghost of a woman long dead reaches out to Rachel, seeking to right a wrong in her love story from 2 generations ago, the tragedy unfolds and breaks your heart the more you learn. Together, she and Nic concoct a plan to right the wrong his family did to the unfortunate woman who died over a hundred years earlier - but at a potentially high cost.
While I liked the premise a lot, I have to admit I didn't get terribly attached to either of the characters and I'm not sure why. We don't get to see a lot of them; most of it centers around the ghost story and the characters from then are much more devleoped than Nic and Rachel are, which is unfortunate. We don't know much more than bits about Nic and about Rachel we know very little more - we do know their passion, but even that is only briefly described. While I hardly expected lewd descriptions, at one point an entire sex act that supposedly takes hours is described in a sentence. It just felt...abbreviated.
The ending felt a little rushed; I wish the story had been a little more drawn out, as the ending came so fast with first tragedy and then such a fast resolution that you kind of blink about it. I loved most of the book - the ending left me wanting more, but not really in a good way. I did enjoy it though and would recommend it, but it's probably not one I'll read again.
